ACL now offers telehealth services. Patients scheduled for new and follow-up appointments, medication refills, or similar issues may schedule a telehealth appointment.
For telehealth follow these options:
- Schedule a telehealth (video) appointment with one of our providers by calling (859) 254-7000.
- Prior to your appointment time a member of our team will call to prescreen you for your appointment. Due to social distancing requirements this may be an off-site number.
- Your computer or phone will need the camera and microphone turned on. Most smartphones will work. Click here to run a test now or you can click the link through OTTO when you receive your email/text confirmation.
- Approximately 10 minutes before your appointment click on the link in your email or text message from OTTO health to join visit.
- Insurance will be billed and copays and co-insurance balance will be collected after your visit during a post-appointment call by our office. Your return patient appointment will also be scheduled during this time. If your insurance has changed since your last visit please update this information with one of our team members.
